    实验室耐候老化测试

    Atlas的氙灯老化仪(Ci系列Weather-Ometer、Xenotest和SUNTEST系列)是建筑产品材料和部件人工加速实验室测试的全球标准。Ci-SeriesWeather-Ometer氙灯老化仪是大容量、高性能加速老化仪器,满足大多数全球测试标准和方法,为耐候老化研究人员提供多种选择。Xenotest系列氙灯老化仪是较少样品尺寸和容量的仪器。SUNTEST系列氙灯老化仪包括两种台式型号和一种更大型的立式型号XXL+XXL+执行大多数测试标准,并且它的大型水平曝晒区域和试验内箱高度非常适合较大尺寸的样品或更立体的形状。

    Atlas日光/环境试验仓可用于较大测试样品的定制商业实验室测试。 Atlas的UVTest紫外荧光老化仪满足荧光冷凝的测试方法。这些都是基于国际测试标准,使用特殊的荧光灯模拟地面日光紫外线辐射的短波部分,并与水分冷凝交替进行。

    实验室腐蚀测试

    腐蚀盐雾(盐液喷淋)或湿度测试、(湿/干)循环测试可与氙灯老化或UVTest紫外荧光老化交替进行,以上测试可在美国商业实验室执行。Atlas提供三个系列的腐蚀试验箱,普通稳态测试的基本SF Series以及BCXCCX系列,以满足大多数国际标准稳态、基本循环或高级循环腐蚀试验方法,并有多种尺寸和选件可选。

    户外耐候老化测试

    建筑材料的户外静态曝晒测试通常是在Atlas的两大美国测试站点进行。位于南佛罗里达州(迈阿密)的South Florida Test Service属于严酷的亚热带气候,由于强烈的太阳辐照、温暖的温度和高湿度/湿润时间,这种气候对建筑产品非常有侵蚀性。 靠近亚利桑那州凤凰城的DSET Laboratories是沙漠地区,夏季气温高,年温差大。它非常适合测试对温度循环敏感的产品,如门窗产品。可根据您对实际测试场景的需求构造定制的测试装置,包括屋顶平台和测试建筑物。



    亚利桑那州的材料测试设施提供几项专门的日光聚光户外加速老化曝晒技术。包括EMMA/EMMAQUA、超加速UA-EMMA/EMMAQUA、低温LT-EMMA/EMMAQUA和研究级的UAWS超加速耐候老化系统。这些设备由Atlas开发,大多数都是专有技术。



    户外腐蚀测试

    Atlas位于佛罗里达longkey群岛AWSG海岸腐蚀站点和位于荷兰荷兰角的北海腐蚀测试中心提供沿海海域腐蚀曝晒服务。 北海腐蚀试验中心(NSCTC)是欧洲海洋腐蚀试验参考站点,并经欧洲线圈涂层协会(ECCA)认证。位于鹿特丹港的一个工业区,具有酸雨、阳光、海洋空气和工业污染的综合影响,这些参数对材料耐久性的影响提供了可靠的表征。
